Wood is a natural, “living” material. To preserve its beauty and stability, it requires periodic care. With proper maintenance, your furniture can last for more than 20 years, retaining its natural value and aesthetic appeal.
Maintenance is done by applying special varnishes or oils (teak oil), using a cotton cloth along the grain of the wood. This process protects against moisture, cracks, and discoloration, while highlighting the natural grain of the wood. One to two applications per year are sufficient.
You can purchase maintenance varnishes and oils online through our e-shop or directly from our factory in Avlona. It’s important to choose a product in the same color shade as your furniture to maintain a consistent finish.
The simplest method is to wipe with a slightly damp cotton cloth, avoiding excess moisture. For more stubborn marks, use a mild soap-and-water solution, finishing with a dry cloth.
The durable fabrics used by All Deco Home | Sif are designed to withstand time and outdoor conditions: Acrylic waterproof canvas: Machine washable at low temperatures, without losing its waterproof properties. Synthetic PVC: Easily cleaned with soap and water, preferably outside of the frame, for quick freshness and hygiene.
Prolonged exposure can affect even the most resilient wood. To prevent damage:
- Use waterproof covers when the furniture is not in use.
- Wipe flat surfaces after rain or moisture.
- Ensure proper air circulation around the furniture to avoid trapped humidity.
All Deco Home| Sif furniture is designed to be foldable, stackable, or detachable, ensuring easy transport and space-saving storage.
- Ideally, store indoors in a cool, dry place during the winter months.
- If left outside, use protective covers and wipe surfaces regularly.
The key is consistent care. Light cleaning after use, protection from extreme weather, and a yearly application of wood oil will ensure your furniture remains a part of your home for decades.
All Sif furniture comes with a 3-year warranty covering functionality and durability, including manufacturing defects and faulty materials.
The warranty includes replacement or repair of parts in cases of manufacturing defects or faulty materials.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use
- Neglected maintenance
- Exposure to rain, humidity, or extreme weather
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, within the territory of Greece, and only with a warranty certificate properly completed and stamped by the retailer.
