At All Deco Home, your trust is our priority. For this reason, we accept returns only in cases of defective or incorrect products, for which alldecohome.gr is solely responsible.
What to Do First
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect:

Send us photos in digital form at info@alldecohome.gr.

If the return is approved, the product must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received:

Packaging intact and carefully opened

No signs of assembly

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Outside Athens:
You cover the shipping costs to the transport agency in Athens. If the fault is confirmed to be ours, the amount will be refunded after we receive the product.
Within Athens:
Exchanges/returns are carried out by delivering the products directly to our factory in Avlona, Attica.
Inspection Upon Delivery
To avoid any inconvenience, please:

Carefully check the products before signing for delivery.

Make sure the packaging is intact.

Note any visible issues (e.g., broken parts, wrong item).
Replacement or Refund
If the product cannot be repaired with a spare part (at no cost to you), we will proceed with a replacement, provided it is available.
If it is not available, a refund will be issued within 14 days, via deposit to your bank account.
Custom-Made Products
For items made to order:

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
